Council's community consultation protocol

Manly Council staff must plan appropriate timely consultation, methods and feedback/ response strategies to ensure two way communication between Council and the Community occurs.
There are several ways in which you can communicate with Council:

  • attend Council meetings
  • make an appointment to speak with the Mayor or Councillors
  • make an appointment to speak with the General Manager or the Divisional Directors
  • email, write to Manly Council, PO Box 82 Manly 1655 or telephone Council on 02 9976 1500, about the issues important to you
  • attend your local monthly Precinct Community Forum meeting
  • attend a public meeting or forum to discuss special issues
  • join local Bush Regeneration, Volunteer, Library, Senior Citizen activities, Playgroup or Youth Council groups.
