| Graffiti Customer Service Line: Ph 9976 1633 |
| Members of the public can phone Council's customer service line to report graffiti on both Council controlled sites and non Council controlled sites. This service is a 24 hour message service where callers need to identify they are reporting a ‘graffiti issue’, give the address of the property concerned and a description of what they have seen and a return name and contact number.

Members of the public may choose to lodge a graffiti report or request via Council’s website’s homepage via Council’s online services - Customer Service Request. These on line requests are registered and a Council Officer will contact you in response if you request.
What happens to your report on graffiti?
Council Property
Council staff first check if the graffiti site to determine whether the property is Council controlled or privately controlled. Council aims to remedy Council controlled sites within 48 hours of the request where ever possible.
Private Property
On non-Council owned property the owner will be notified in writing of the graffiti by Council and requested to take action. If you have made a previous report about private property and there has been no action within a reasonable time you should indicate this when you lodge your request.
