Playground Refurbishment Proposal

The fenced play area within the Weeroona Reserve playground Sprigg Street, Fairlight, requires refurbishment.

The existing multiplay unit will need to be removed as the unit has reached its usable lifespan. The spacial net will be relocated to Ocean Beach, as Council believe it is underutilised in current location.

  • Installation of natural elements such as logs, and seating
  • Soft landscaping, and more gardens and low plantings
  • Installation of a ‘tee pee’ structure
  • Relocation of bench seats to more suitable area
  • Installation of a water bubbler

Council's Parks Officers will be onsite Wednesday 18th November 2015, between 10-11am and 3-4pm to discuss the proposal, and or to welcome feedback on the proposal.
