Manly Community Profile and Manly Community Atlas
Both tools provide instant access to accurate information for all stakeholders. No technical knowledge is required to use them.
The Manly Community Profile is a detailed online socio-demographic profile delivered to a customised geography of the Manly Local Government Area (LGA).
Community Profile has been recently updated for the 2011 Census. The community can compare previous Census periods (2001, 2006) for the Manly area including its suburbs, and benchmark it to Greater Sydney, NSW & Australia.
The Community Profile is designed to inform the general public, Council staff, stakeholders, businesses, investors, students and other interested parties. To achieve this, data is provided in clear and simple tables and charts, as well as written descriptions and analysis of each small area or suburb.

Data is sourced from 2001 and 2006 Censuses of Population and Housing.
Note: the Community Atlas website has not yet been updated with the 2011 Census results.
The Atlas includes summary tables for each suburb benchmarked to the LGA and region. Each map is prepared using Census Collector Districts providing the finest level of detail to help identify spatial patterns and trends in the Council.
