Who We Are

Manly Adolescent and Family Counselling Service has two full-time Adolescent & Family Counsellors who provide a safe, confidential and friendly space.

We support you to explore the things that you see as being important.

We work in partnership with you as you move towards the hopes and aspirations you have for yourself and your life.

We provide a flexible service that can be tailored to meet your needs.

Who We Can Help

We provide counselling to young people aged 12 -21 years, and their families, who live on the Northern Beaches and are experiencing difficulties with things like:

  • Family Relationships
  • School or Work
  • Mental Health
  • Drugs and Alcohol
  • Violence
  • Sexual Identity

...and a wide range of other issues.

We are able to work with young people alone, with parents alone, or with parents and young people together. It's up to you.

  • Group Work Programs
  • Information & referrals to other agencies

Counselling can take place between the hours of 8am to 6pm.

We welcome you to contact us anytime to ask questions so that you can decide if our service is right for you.

Talk It Up

A separate group focusing on discovering new ways of communicating and listening will be facilitated for young people 14 - 18 years living on the Northern Beaches and Lower North Shore. Please contact the Adolescent and Family Counselling service on 9976 1486 for more information.

If you'd prefer, you can ask a family member, a friend or any organisation to call us on your behalf.
