Dirty Rat Radio

Dirty Rat Radio is a weekly radio show run by Manly Youth Council members. The radio timeslot has changed so please check back to find out when Dirty Rat Radio will be back on the radio. Check out www.myspace.com/dirtyratradio for more info. If you are a band and would like to have your music played on the radio send or drop in a demo to Manly Youth Centre and mark it Dirty Rat Radio.

National Youth Week

Manly and Warringah Councils held an event during Youth Week called GreenFest at Manly Lagoon. GreenFest is an environmentally themed youth arts, music, and healthy lifestyle festival.

The event consisted of music performances and art exhibitions by local young people, a skating competition at Keirle Park, a surf competition at Queenscliff Beach, and displays by various environmental organisations.

Look out for the bigger and better 2011 youth Week event to be held next year in April.
