Manly Council Youth Services provide a variety of services including Family and Adolescent Counselling, Manly Youth Council as well as a range of personal and skills development, educational, and entertainment/recreational programs for young people.

Manly Council Youth Strategy

Manly Council has prepared and adopted a Youth Strategy that will guide how Council works with and supports young people aged 12 - 24 years.

Manly Youth Council

The Youth Council is run by a representative group of young people and provides an effective forum for young people to express their views, and acts as the coordinating body for youth services in Manly. Manly Youth Council was established in 1968, the first of its kind in NSW.

The Manly Youth Council is supported by a Youth Development Officer who is employed by Council to manage and supervise a range of programs, events and services for young people.

Child Protection: Everyone’s Responsibility

Keep Them Safe is a five year action plan that focuses on a shared approach to child protection, with the provision of appropriate support to families to enhance child well being and minimize serious risk of harm.
