Celebrate the launch of DIG Manly at a screening of this inspiring documentary. David Suzuki, iconic Canadian scientist, educator, broadcaster and activist, delivers what he describes as ‘a last lecture – a distillation of my thoughts, my legacy, what I want to say before I die’. The film interweaves his lecture with scenes from events in Suzuki’s life forged by the major social, scientific and cultural events of the past 70 years and offers up an inspiring blueprint for a sustainable world.

Presented by Accredited Practising Dietician and Nutritionist, Nicole Senior, this workshop will give practical advice on how you can eat to reduce environmental impact, eat for good health, and eat in a way that supports our social wellbeing. Nicole thrives on making sense of the science of nutrition and translating it into practical advice for everyone. She loves food, enjoys cooking and believes the best food is sustainable food that supports our own health and the health of our environment and society. This interactive workshop will change the way you look at food and is not to be missed!

Composting and Worm Farming
